When we press almond oil from organic sweet almonds, the rest of the almond remains. With all the protein and water-soluble vitamins.
We grind this again and voila - the result is an almond flour that is extremely rich in protein and vitamins. From our point of view, this is the optimum protein concentrate (35% protein, 8% carbohydrates 11-13% almond oil).
The product has about twice as much protein as meat.
It retains the valuable vitamins and minerals of the almond, especially a lot of magnesium and B vitamins - not as an additive, but in their original natural form.
Naturally, only 100% sweet almonds from controlled organic cultivation are used. The brown skin around the almonds is removed immediately, making the almond flour even more digestible and tasty.
Preparation tip: prepare a delicious and filling almond protein meal - ideal for losing weight.
Simply soak the almond flour in a little water for 10 minutes. Add something fruity. For example, fresh strawberries (pureed) or preserved fruit (plum, apricot, peach) or apples.
