Shipping Information

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

Shipping to Germany (without islands) with DHL or DPD flat rate: 5,90
(from 100.- Euro free shipping).

Shipping to many EU countries with DHL EU depending on parcel weight up to 2 kg 13,99, up to 5 kg 15,99 and up to 10 kg 20,99. 

Some regions of the EU have high shipping costs for which we cannot cover these flat rates. For example, European overseas territories and some islands. Please note that we will charge the actual shipping costs in the event of increased shipping costs due to unusual destinations. In such cases, we will contact you in advance.

For shipping to Switzerland or Norway:
The customs formalities for our neighbouring country Switzerland or to Norway require more effort. Nevertheless, we only charge the actual transport costs.
Up to 10 kg, shipping to Switzerland costs 29.90 EUR, up to 20 kg 39.00 EUR.

Shipping time

As a general rule: please order in good time. We still have people and not robots working in dispatch. Therefore, one working day is always added to the postal delivery time for packing the parcel. Provided it is before 11 a.m., all goods are available and payment or direct debit authorisation has been received.
For parcels containing linseed oil, one working day is added for pressing the linseed oil, as we generally only press linseed oil after the order has arrived. We prefer optimum quality.
