This bottle contains over 800 drops of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) in MCT oil (neutral oil). Food supplement for 400 times daily supply of vitamin D3 according to DGE for only 7 cent per day - with the corresponding vitamin K2.
Recommended daily intake: 2 drops (800 IU).
The EFSA recommends a maximum daily intake of 10 drops for 4000 IU of vitamin D3 and 93 ug of vitamin K2-7.

Why do we add vitamin K to vitamin D3?
Vitamin D deficiency is widespread, especially in the winter months when the body's own synthesis is practically non-existent. That is why we offer vitamin D. But why do we also offer the (much more expensive) vitamin K?
1. vitamin K protects against an overdose of vitamin D. In particular, menaquinone Q7, which we offer here, effectively protects against the risk of an excessive supply of calcium due to an overdose of vitamin D, according to scientific studies.
2 Vitamin D is necessary for the absorption of calcium from food. Vitamin K is necessary so that the calcium absorbed can also be incorporated into the bones and teeth. The one is part of the other.
Natural ingredients
Vitamin D3 is obtained by exposing wool wax (lanolin) to UV light, which produces natural vitamin D3, just like on the skin. This is not vegan in the strict sense, but no animals are harmed and it contains no animal protein. Approximately 0.016 g of lanolin is used to produce vitamin D per bottle of vitamin D3+L2 oil.
We import the vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) from Norway from Kappa Bioscience.
This product is purely vegetarian and contains NO gelatine, glycerine, colourings or flavourings, gluten, lactose or preservatives.
