new: now with low-colour tocotrienols - same vitamin content - less colour and BIO-MCT oil
A 250ml bottle of Toco3 MCT 1.4% contains 50 mg tocotrienol vitamin E for 70 days. Just 1 teaspoon (3.5g) contains 50mg of pure natural tocotrienols from annatto seeds and palm fruits (and 7.1 alpha-tocopherol equivalents). According to our findings, this complete vitamin E complex is much more beneficial than even large amounts of conventional vitamin E (= synthetic isolated alpha-tocopherol).
The high-quality MCT oil (neutral oil) is low in viscosity and neutral in flavour. It is suitable for adding to cooking or eating on its own for an optimum supply of vitamin E with tocotrienols.
Toco3-MCT is also particularly suitable for (Ayurvedic) mouth rinsing (oil pulling) [for a description of how to do this]. The tocotrienols directly supply the gums, teeth and jaw with tocotrienol vitamin E, with a noticeable antioxidant effect. The MCT oil contains the active principle of the coconut for healthy teeth (caprylic acid C8:0) even more richly than the coconut itself. In addition, the low-viscosity oil is easy to move between the teeth.
The medium-chain fatty acids are particularly well metabolised and converted into energy.
The tocotrienols consist of 90% DMT3, the famous gamma-tocotrienol and delta-tocotrienol. Better than capsules: simply use an inexpensive vitamin-rich oil.
