The cold-pressed black cumin oil contained in the balm for animals - the oil of the Nigella Sativa plant - also contains tocotrienols.
This oil is said to have disinfectant and antifungal properties and is therefore traditionally used successfully for many skin diseases.
Together with it, there is a wonderful synergistic effect that makes our balm so valuable for animals.
Flies, mosquitoes and ticks do not like the bitter smell and stay away.
Thanks to its melt-in-the-mouth texture, our balm spreads wonderfully on the skin and can also be easily worked into the coat.
Thanks to the oils used, the balm stays on the skin a little longer. This allows the active ingredients to penetrate well and develop their full effect.
Recommended use: Apply to the affected areas once or several times a day and work into the skin. In the case of inflammatory and scaly skin changes, it is very helpful to carefully cleanse the affected areas with a natural and mild cleanser without perfume, e.g. curd soap, before applying. The skin should not be further irritated by rubbing vigorously.
In some cases it can be very effective to apply the tocotrienols in addition to the external application.
