The dietary supplement is combined with herbal bitter substances - so there are no preservatives, alcohol, sugar or flavorings.
ENNA Care® Bitter B12 contains a balanced mixture of various herbal and spice extracts (yarrow, centaury, aniseed, fennel, blackberry leaves, cornflower blossoms, lemongrass). Hildegard von Bingen was already aware of the importance of bitter substances. Unfortunately, these have been increasingly bred out of foods in recent decades, as the taste was not desirable.
Therefore, when selecting the herbs, we have taken special care to ensure that the bitter extracts are still tasty and not too strong.

Recommended dosage:
