Human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) occur naturally in human breast milk. They are more complex sugar building blocks that can pass through the digestive tract largely unchanged and are thus available in the large intestine. They are among the most abundant solid components of breast milk.
One of the best-known HMOs is 2’-fucosyllactose (2’-FL).
Here you will find a jar containing 90g of this 2’-fucosyllactose in powder form, with a measuring spoon.
Recommended intake:
Unless otherwise prescribed, stir 3 measuring spoons (3g) daily into sufficient liquid and drink once dissolved. Suitable from 1 year of age. 1–6 years: use 1 measuring spoon (1g) per day instead. The measuring spoon is included.
